What is BEAST??? An adventurous eaters paradise. A Restaurant with a European edge- with a nod to the French, and roots in the Local farm Scene. Each Day Chef Naomi Pomeroy along with her Sous Chef Mika Paredes, develop menus based on what sounds great, right and true for One Day in time.BEAST is prix fixe. There are no choices. The FULL meal is 6 courses, and costs $52 before gratuity. Diners may also choose 5 courses, where they have an option to choose between either the cheese or the dessert- $45.BEAST Offers a focused wine list, with 6 reds, 5 whites, a rosé, and several champagnes- and is designed specifically to compliment that weeks meal.BEAST posts the menu daily on the front window and here on-line.BEAST has a lot of Meat all over the menu. We (somewhat) politely decline substitutions.BEAST is open for dinner at 5:30, and we take our last tables at 9:30. Wednesday through Saturday.

BEAST is now open for Sunday brunch 11am - 2:00pm. The menu is prix fixe (as it is at dinner) and includes 4 courses coffee and juice for $28 before gratuity.BEAST is loud and we have the infamous chairs from clarklewis- we think the food makes up for it, but you will decide that for yourself.BEAST is an open kitchen. You might learn how to dress a nice salad- or the oven might open with a big blast of heat that makes you start to sweat.BEASTaccepts reservations by telephonePlease call for availability, 503.841.6968.
